A number of banks, in line with the government, have announced an additional measure to spare smaller entrepreneurs. Healthy companies receive a 6-month extension of repayments on their loans of up to 2.5 million euros from the banks. These are clients of ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, de Volksbank and Triodos Bank. The banks report via the Dutch Banking Association that they have built up sufficient healthy buffers to take this measure. The measure does not apply to companies with higher financing. However, developments for that group are being monitored.
