Russian citizens do not need to be tested for coronavirus upon arriving from abroad, if (i) they have been vaccinated within the last 12 months; and/or (ii) they have had COVID-19 in the last 6 months. In other cases, Russian citizens shall be tested once (instead of two times) within 3 calendar days upon arrival. Until results are obtained, self-isolation is required. Information regarding PCR-tests, vaccination and disease must be posted on public portal Gosuslugi.
