Morocco is about to open up the medical practice sector.
Indeed, the government council approved on 27 May 2021, the draft law 33.21 completing and modifying the law 131.13 relating to the practice of medicine.
This bill, if passed, will allow foreign and Moroccan skills abroad to practice medicine permanently or temporarily in Morocco.
This project is part of the project recently initiated by Morocco under the framework law 09.21 relating to social protection, which generalizes medical coverage and aims to increase the number of health professionals in Morocco.
The project has been sent for examination and vote to both chambers of Parliament.
