MOROCCO : COVID-19 VALIDITY OF QUALIFICATION AND CLASSIFICATION CERTIFICATE (QCC) EXTENDED

On March 24, 2020, the Ministry of Territory and Town Planning, Housing and Town Policy decided to grant, temporarily and exceptionally, an extension of validity duration of QCC recently expired and issued by the Ministry for 03 month, this due to preventive measures to fight against the pandemic of Coronavirus (Covid-19), in order to avoid:

• Travel by representatives of building companies involved in the housing sector for the physical submission of files,
• Direct contacts during the deposit and withdrawal of the qualification and classification certificate.

Public tenders are open to companies following the QCC which they hold.
