According to Chapter II of Law 47-06 relating to the local taxes, taxpayers not exempted in accordance with Article 6 of the same law, must proceed to the payment of the said tax for the year 2021 and this no later than June 30, 2022.
In case you have not yet received the extract of the tax role to proceed to the payment, it would be advisable to ask for it to the General Treasury of the Kingdom (TGR) of which you are a taxpayer.
In addition, it should be recalled that the Moroccan Tax Administration has expanded its offer through the SIMPL platform by allowing the generation of the extract of the role and the payment of the said local tax online.
