21 December 2021 was published the Federal Law No. 413-FZ On the establishment of insurance tariffs from industrial accidents and occupational diseases for 2022 and for the planning period of 2023 and 2024. The rates for 2021 will be still in force and the procedure for their payment will be still in force. Thus, all the existing 32 insurance tariffs are stay remain - from 0.2% to 8.5% to the amounts of payments and other remuneration that are accrued in favor of the insured within the framework of labor relations and civil law contracts.
