The State Duma adopted in the third reading amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses providing, among other, certain new cases when only half of the administrative fine can be paid. The discount will apply within 20 days from the date when the decision on imposing a fine is made.
The exemption will apply, inter alia, to the following violations:
- non-fulfillment of the obligation to keep necessary records;
- failure to submit documents on a dispute related to the creation of a legal entity, its management or participation in it;
- unfair issue of securities;
- violation of legislative requirements to present and disclose information on the financial markets;
- violation of the procedure for the preparation and conduct of general meetings of shareholders, LLC participants;
- violation of legislation on banks and banking activities;
- failure to comply with the legal requirement of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in due terms etc.
To enter into legal force the named amendments shall be officially published as law in the respective media, 10 days after they become binding.
