BUSINESS WILL BE RELEASED FROM TARIFF REGULATION INSPECTIONS FROM FAS

No more scheduled inspections will be effected at the federal level of supervision, even after 2020. Such changes concern legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and relate to state-regulated prices and tariffs. Previously, the respective checks were carried out by the FAS, but in 2020 they were ceased due to the coronavirus.

At the regional level, scheduled inspections will remain in force. They are conducted by the executive regional authorities. Still, in 2020, these checks are possible should both of the following conditions be met:

• these legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are not included in the Unified Register of Small and Medium-sized Entities.
• their activities and (or) production facilities are classified as extremely high or high risk;
