With the purpose of protection of the labour rights of employees, employers from April 13, 2020 shall post on the portal “Work in Russia” (https://trudvsem.ru/) information:
- regarding the liquidation of the company;
- regarding the reduction of number of the employees;
- regarding the possibility of the termination of employment agreements;
- other information on employment.
To transfer such information, the employer shall register in the abovementioned portal.
Employers, who failure to provide such information shall be subject to administrative fine up to 500,00 RUB from January 1, 2021 in accordance with article 15.33.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
