On July 9th, the Moroccan Government has extended the state of health emergency until August 10th. However, despite this prolongation, measures are taken for deconfinement and resumption of economic activities all over the country.
The Government has also announced the gradual reopening of the country’s borders starting from July 14th at midnight, allowing Moroccan citizens and foreign residents in Morocco, as well as their families, to access or leave the national territory by air and sea exclusively from the ports of Sète (France), and Gene (Italie). For this purpose, passengers are required to present, before boarding, a PCR test of less than 48 hours.
