MOSCOW RETURNS TO NORMAL LIFE

12/06/2020

The mayor of Moscow issued a decree providing gradual removal of COVID restrictions in the city, starting from June 9th. Certain requirements will still be in force to prevent the spread of the virus, for example, the mask&gloves regime and the social distance rule.

From June 9, citizens can leave their homes for any purpose without electronic passes. Many businesses are allowed to re-open and resume their work and public access, in particular: beauty salons, veterinary clinics, premises and other facilities engaged in employment and staff recruitment. At the same time, theaters, concert halls and educational organizations can only give access to their employees.

From June 16, visitors and employees are admitted to: open summer cafes at stationary catering locals, dental clinics, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs that carry out real estate operations or are providing services relating to rent, leasing, legal, accounting, consulting on management, advertising, market research, technical inventory of real estate and certain others.

From June 23, fitness clubs and pools may re-open to public, as well as restaurants, cafes, bars and other catering enterprises, SPA salons, massage cabinets, saunas and some other facilities.
