Due to rising infection figures in the Netherlands and the fact that the corona virus is also not under control in many other countries in Europe, the Netherlands has been extended the urgent advice not to travel abroad unless strictly necessary until mid-March. There will be no room for holiday trips, pleasure outings and other unnecessary visits across the border in the coming months. This also applies to winter sports trips. In case of absolutely necessary travel entry restrictions and strict measures may apply. After returning of travel to a country or region where the risk of contamination is high home quarantine will be valid for 10 days.
