The Federal Notary Chamber informed that in addition to paper documents, the Unified Information System of the Notary provides storage of electronic documents, audio and video files, program codes, databases, etc. This is an on-line service rendered via the FNP web-site and requiring an enhanced qualified electronic signature of the customers. As a confirmation of the documents’ acceptance for storage, the notary will issue a certificate. The storage period is determined by the owner of the documents. The documents can be returned at any notary of the customer’s choice.
