Most of such acts were adopted by the government of the RSFSR and the USSR from 1946 to 1991. Documents to be declared invalid, mostly relate to housing and communal services, transport, trade, catering and hotels. Such audit work is part of a range of activities within the framework of the “regulatory guillotine” mechanism.
