Legal regulation of the Russian companies’ export activities will be updated due account taken of the proposals of the business community. New action plan for years 2020-2022, approved by the government order, includes measures aimed at modernizing state support of export companies, liberalizing currency regulation, reducing customs duties on foreign equipment and raw materials required for the production of export-oriented goods, digitalizing export procedures, and a number of other initiatives. The implementation of the “road map” should reduce the costs of export-oriented business and facilitate the entry of Russian goods and services to foreign markets.
