The initiative of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, turned into a bill and brought before the Russian Parliament would simplify the formalities of registration of the Russian companies and individual entrepreneurs and decrease the related costs.
According to the bill, the notaries would be obliged to transfer the set of incorporation documents to the competent registration authority immediately upon confirming the authenticity of the applicant's signature. Thus, the stage of filing the documents with the registration authority in person or through a representative would be abolished.
