Russian Competition Authority FAS found violation in the investigation against Regionpharma Ltd., Globalmedtekh Ltd., Dagmedtechnika Ltd. and Medpharmasnab Ltd. for preventin price drops by agreeing on the tenders for the supply of medical drugs and products for health facilities and the Ministry of Health of Dagestan between 2015-2018.
The 9th Appeal Court upheld the Authority’s decision. As a result, according to FAS, the income of the cartel exceeded 2 billion rubles. Due to the violation in question, Dagmedtechnika was fined 35 million rubles, and with this penalty, the total penalty given to the members of the cartel became 250 million rubles.
