In accordance with the order recently signed by the Russian Prime Minister, the information “Single Window” system, providing Russian exporters with online access to services necessary for entering foreign markets and conducting foreign trade activities, will move from a test mode to a full-fledged work format.
At the first stage, the most popular 6 services will become available to businesses, including requests for state support measures, customs declarations, confirmation of a zero VAT rate. Later, companies will be able to remotely issue permits and overall receive 28 services in accordance with a list determined by the Government.
In general, the “Single Window” system will result in the dramatic decrease of paperwork for the exporters and will establish electronic communication with various government departments and organizations involved in the provision of export services.
