Due to the COVID situation the deadlines for the payment of patent and other fees necessary for certain registration actions at Rospatent (e.g. registration of IP objects, in particular, trademarks, service marks, inventions, utility models etc.) may be extended until December 31, 2020.
This is possible only for terms expiring from March 30 to November 30, 2020. To benefit from the extension, it is necessary to send an application to Rospatent within 1 month from the end date of the relevant period or from June 22, depending on which date comes later.
