THE LIST OF AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED PERMITS HAS BEEN EXPANDED

The government decree providing for certain permits expiring from March 15 to December 31, 2020 to be automatically renewed for a year, has been expanded. In addition to taxi licenses, the extension rules apply, in particular, to:
- water use agreements;
- decisions on the use of water bodies;
- permits for the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs working at facilities with significant negative impact on the environment of category I.
In addition, hotels category certificates, expiring in 2020, will be valid until March 1, 2021. Similarly, the validity of the positive opinion of the state environmental expertise will be valid until December 31, 2021, in case it expires from June 16 to December 31, 2020.
