Starting from 24 July, citizens and permanent residents of Great Britain, Tanzania and Turkey are allowed to enter Russia again, provided they get to the Russian Federation through the air border with these states.
The issuance of business and work visas has also been resumed for individuals from "open" countries.
Earlier, the Federal Air Transport Agency (‘Rosaviatsia’) reported that international flights will be resumed gradually, starting from August 1.
Foreigners are still required to pass a coronavirus test upon arrival in Russia.
