TO OBTAIN RESIDENCE AND WORK PERMITS, FOREIGN CITIZENS WILL NEED TO BE CHECKED FOR COVID-19

The Ministry of Health included COVID-19 into the list of diseases bringing upon a refusal to obtain:

temporary residence permits for foreign citizens and stateless individuals;
residence permit;
work patent (for CIS citizens);
work permits.

Thus, in order to be able to legally reside and work in the Russia, migrants should pass blood tests for 2019-nCoV, and also be examined by an infectious disease doctor.
