Turkish Competition Authority (“TCA”) finalized the investigation carried out in the insurance market. By to determine whether they violated article 4 of the Law No. 4054 by concluding the 8 undertakings operating. TCA determined that 5 of the investigated undertakings in the “discretionary insurance market with large risk capacity”, breached Article 4 of the Act No 4054 and fined. No violation was found for the rest 3 undertakings.
