The Competition Authority (“TCA”) finalized the investigation conducted against 36 undertakings operating in the postal/cargo industry. As a result of the investigation, TCA determined that 4 of the investigated undertakings breached Article 4 of the Act No 4054 and fined them. No violation was found for the rest 32 undertakings.
